While we would like to ensure your 100% upmost satisfaction with our products, we know we cannot always provide 100% guarantees. In essence, if you find yourself dissatisfied with a product you have purchased from our website (www.miradoroutdoors.com) and wish to initiate a return, please send us an email at Support@miradoroutdoors.com with the reason for your return so we can guide you through the straightforward process of returning the item and securing your refund. Kindly have your order information on hand when reaching out. PLEASE NOTE: Regrettably, we cannot facilitate returns for our products purchased via Costco, Wayfair, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and other third-party vendors. If your purchase was made on any of these vendor sites, please initiate a return request directly through their respective websites. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team for guidance.

RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURES:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If it has been over 30 days since you received your product, we cannot provide a refund, however, please give us a call to see how we can best help you get the most value out of your purchase.
  2. If you are requesting to return your product due to any reason other than a damage or defect, you will assume responsibility for all shipping charges associated with the return. We are happy to provide a prepaid return label for your order, but please note the prepaid label fee would be deducted from your refund, along with a 15% restocking fee. You are free to use your own label as you wish.
  3. If you received a damaged or defective item, please send an email providing photos of the defect to Support@miradoroutdoors.com for assistance. We would be happy to replace the part(s) that are defective at no cost to you under your specified warranty period, or if you would like to proceed with a refund instead, we will provide a prepaid return label to ship the order back to us. Once the warehouse team has received your order, your full refund will be applied.
