Shipping policy
Order Processing:
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of order placement. Orders received after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes:
Once your order leaves our warehouse, (usually within 1-3 business days M-F) you will be contacted by CEVA Logistics or WWEX (WorldWide Logistics- pick up dates are Tuesday and Friday) to schedule a delivery appointment. CEVA or WWEX will reach out to you directly using the contact information provided during the checkout process. Please note when scheduling your delivery appointment, someone must be home to sign off on the package. If you would like to receive your order without an authorised signature, please reach out to our customer support team at support@miradoroutdoors.com to confirm. Please note if you request to remove NSR, we cannot be liable for replacing your package if it is lost or stolen.
Please anticipate that your order will arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date your order was placed. This time frame allows for the coordination of delivery scheduling and ensures a smooth and convenient process for you.
PLEASE NOTE: If located in any of the states, CA, NV, ID, UT, or AZ your order will be delivered by WWEX Logistics.

CEVA or WWEX Logistics will work with you to find a suitable time for the delivery appointment. It is essential to respond promptly to their communication to expedite the scheduling process and ensure timely delivery. Address Verification:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect addresses. If you need to update your address, please contact us by phone at 1-877-506-4777 as soon as possible to prevent your order being dispatched to the incorrect address. If your order has been dispatched, we will do everything in our power to intercept the package and redirect to your correct shipping address- however we cannot make any guarantees.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. That said, we do have international vendors who our products can be purchased from. Order Tracking:
Customers will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email, allowing them to track their order's progress until delivery. Tracking information is typically available within 24-48 hours of shipment. If you have not received your tracking details at this time, please confirm if shipping information has not been sent to your spam folder. If you have checked your spam folder and are not able to locate shipping information, you can conveniently either provide your order number or email address at this link for updates on your tracking.
